Raphael Louis’ vision as Prime Minister of Canada is a Nation whereas Government is more "Compassionate, Accountable and Transparent," responsive to the Canadian people's needs and expectations. A Nation whereas all and every Citizens can participate and contribute towards sustainable socio-economic, political advancement and growth with dignity and integrity of a human being.
Aspired to make government services and benefits more accessible to the general public; Raphael Louis' political achievements and experiences are recognizable throughout the creation of the FAAVM Canada; a multinational and international civil rights and human rights non-profit organization, working as an intergovernmental entity through on-going lobbying activities, by advancing and enhancing governmental democratic and legislative processes.
Raphael Louis studied at University of Ottawa, La Cite Collegial, recipient of an Honorary Title of the International House of the University of Ottawa, and completed his Higher and Specialized education with the United Nations (UN) Public Administration and Finance; Division for Public Administration and Development Management; United Nations (UN) Department of Economic And Social Affairs; Certified E-Government for Government Leader.
Author, Publisher, Radio Show Host, Human Rights and Civil Rights Advocate, President/CEO, and International Public Speaker, Raphael Louis is very well recognized throughout the national and international communities for his visionary leadership in various socio-political and cultural fields.
Dealing skillfully with the Senate, The House of Commons, and all levels of government, Raphael Louis initiated various legislative projects to stimulate human rights, civil rights, socio-economic and political reform aiming to strengthen national unity. Raphael Louis has thereinafter pledged to bring the Civil Rights Party of Canada to successfully win federal elections, and embarked upon an action course to shaping public policies by expanding tax benefits, regulating government expenditures, improving national health care responsiveness, citizen integrity, strong family values, most notably reducing our national debt, making education more accessible, subsequently leading the nation to sustainable socio-economic prosperity.

Official Political and Electoral Public Campaigns 2010-2020
Maintaining and Reaching our goals and objective of our Gala, Sponsors and Membership remain critically significant for our the Civil Rights Party of Canada mission.
As discussed and planed, our official Electoral and Political public campaign of 2010 - 2020 shall commence in 2010, which specific date shall be put forth before the aboard for final approval.
I am anticipating that by early 2010, our Party to be ready to participate in any Federal Elections; and since we require a minimum of 151 Members of Parliament so we may form a Majority Government in the House of Common, it remain crucial that we recruit potential MP Candidates to represent our Party in the Federal Elections.
Portion of Membership Benefits remain that these Members by joining our Party and paid the Membership Fees, are instantly eligible to represent their Electoral Districts, and potentially Win Seats on behalf of our Party, and receive a Member of Parliament Salary as stated in our “Campaign Directors Training Manual”.
As the Leader of the Party, it is mandatory that I successfully Win my Electoral District, subsequently, the Party shall win enough Seats at the National Levels, as I shall become Prime Minister.
